Ms. Zbikowski serves as the Vice President of Ambulatory Services, Ambulatory Business Development, Executive Director Heywood Medical Group, Provider Relations, and Occupational Health Services overseeing strategic and business planning, operations, finance and provider recruitment.
Prior to Ms. Zbikowski’s role as Vice President, she served as Sr. Director of Ambulatory Practice Development, Provider Relations, and Occupational Health Services where she successfully opened Heywood Urgent Care and Heywood Occupational Health.
Prior to joining Heywood Healthcare, Ms. Zbikowski served for 15 years as Practice Manager at HealthAlliance/Umass, responsible for opening, closing, managing and merging medical practices.
Ms. Zbikowski serves on the Greater Gardner Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and Event Planning Committee and is a member of the Health Occupation’s Advisory Board of Monty Tech Regional Vocational School in addition to serving on the MountWachusett Community College Medical Assisting Advisory Board.
In 2022, Ms Zbikowski received the Heywood Medical Group Excellence in Leadership Award.
