Rozanna serves as President and CEO of Heywood Healthcare, entrusted to provide strategic leadership to the Heywood Healthcare system, focused on stabilizing Heywood’s financial position while ensuring operational excellence and improving access to healthcare for the Greater Gardner and Athol area communities. Rozanna is known for her commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care and her direct and transparent leadership style.
Rozanna came to Heywood in early 2016 as the Chief Nurse Anesthetist in what was then Heywood’s new anesthesia group. After quickly establishing a widely recognized reputation as both a talented clinician and an inspiring leader, she was soon asked to become a member of the leadership team in the role of Director of Perioperative Services. In 2019, Rozanna was asked to join the executive leadership team initially as Vice President of Perioperative Services and subsequently as Executive Director of Heywood Medical Group.
Rozanna has a Master of Business Administration from Boston College, a Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia from the University of New England, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts. She is certified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
