Fleming Appointed Treasurer 

Athol Memorial Hospital’s Chief Financial Officer, Dean Fleming, was appointed treasurer of Greater Quabbin Health Systems, Quabbincare, Inc. and Athol Memorial Hospital by the Board of Trustees at their meeting on September 25, 2008.  This will be effective October 1, 2008, the beginning of the hospital’s new fiscal year (FY 2009).

Fleming, who holds an MBA from Anna Maria College, has served as Chief Financial Officer of the hospital since 2000.  He will continue with his existing responsibilities in addition to his role as treasurer.  Greater Quabbin Health Systems is the parent organization of Athol Memorial Hospital and Quabbincare, Inc., all of which are overseen by the Board of Trustees.
